How the execution layer behaves
Order state machine
Orders have explicit states. A partially filled entry cancels its remainder at once instead of waiting out the TTL.
Reconnect safety
After a drop the bot reconciles against the venue before it is allowed to send anything.
API rate limits
Cancels are batched and the request queue is planned so a stop can still be pulled in time.
Kill switch
Flatten-all and a trading halt are reachable from Telegram, not just from a console.
