Software services

Vizanix provides custom software development. Deliverables, scope and timelines are agreed in writing before work starts.

We do not provide investment advice, do not manage portfolios, and do not take custody of client funds.

Trading outcomes depend on markets and on your strategy. Software correctness is scoped and warranted separately from market PnL.

Unless agreed otherwise, source code is transferred after full payment for the milestone it belongs to.

You hold your own exchange API keys and are responsible for the trading decisions the software executes on your behalf.

We decline work requiring authentication bypass, breach of an exchange's terms, market manipulation, or unlawful data collection.
